Welcome to DC² – a consulting firm that brings together executive partnership, business operations, and creative strategy.
I work with leaders and organizations that need experienced support to move important work forward. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping leaders manage priorities, strengthen operations, lead complex projects, and turn ideas into action.
With more than a decade of experience across executive partnership, business operations, project management, marketing, and creative strategy, I’ve managed a $1M portfolio, led teams of up to six, and overseen projects with budgets up to $250K. I’ve also supported technology implementations, executive and investor initiatives, acquisitions, and the day-to-day demands of growing businesses.
I understand what it takes to keep the details moving while staying focused on the bigger picture. I also bring a creative perspective that allows me to think beyond how something gets done and consider how it should be communicated, developed, and brought to life.
