Essence Fragrance Bar is a luxury mobile fragrance bar that transformed events into engaging experiences. As the business began gaining traction, the founder brought me on to help build the structure needed to support its growth. Within the first few months of launching, the business was moving from a handful of leads each month to several leads each week, creating a need for stronger systems, marketing materials, and operational support.

Execution

I helped establish the operational foundation behind the growing business, including organizing the storage and warehouse setup so event supplies, equipment, and materials could be managed more efficiently. I also created reusable graphic templates and marketing materials that gave the brand a more consistent and polished presence.

As the business developed its offerings, I helped improve its contracts and package options, making them clearer and better aligned with the types of events and experiences being offered. I also supported event coordination and staffing across Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Miami, working with Brand Ambassadors and Scent Stylists to manage schedules, event details, supplies, logistics, and last-minute changes.

The work supported a wide range of experiences, from weddings and private events to brand activations, fundraisers, exhibits, and corporate events. I also developed event-specific creative materials, including fragrance bar signage, custom fragrance menus, and perfume labels designed to complement each event's décor and color palette.
